In most cases, children are not listed, only the original adult immigrants are listed, so if you want to know which children went with them, or if they had new issue in their new country of residance then find them in the database here, where their descendants are listed if known.

A NOTE ABOUT NEW YORK - Many of the records show Langtons arriving in New York, and I have noted when this is the case, however, not all settled in New York, many would have tranvelled to other places in America, possibly even Canada or other countries in onward travel. We cannot therefore assume that these people settled in New York, unless there is a more specific location given. It is also possible for the same person to appear on this page twice, once in New York and again elsewhere.
Mary Langton, born 1602 in Leicestershire, England,moved with husband Barnabus Horton to Southold, Suffolk, New York, USA.
Thomas Langton, Virginia. One of the first plantation settlers from England, probably London. Mentioned in The Second Charter of Virginia; May 23, 1609.
Elizabeth Langton, from London to Tappahannock, Essex, Virginia, USA, in bondage. Records from the Old Bailey, London in 1620 provide details of her trial. Her husband Matthew was Aquitted.
Roger Langton from Preston, Lancashire, England, to Essex, Massachusetts. From a long line of Langton gentry dating back to the thirteenth century, before that the family came from Leicestershire. Believed to be the Father of the Joseph Langton below. After 1629, but before 1647. Strongly suspect they lived in Barbados for 20ish years in bettween, leaving a son there. John Farmer records him in Ipswitch, MA, 1635.

Joseph Langton, Windsor, Connecticut. 1656. Surely related in some way to George Langton below. Perhaps another son, or a nephew perhaps?
George Langton, Northampton, Hampshire, Massachusetts. 1658. Noted as an early settler of New England by John Farmer.
Walter Langton and wife Jane, Maryland. 1667. Two sources, one with children, Walter and Jane also.
Rebecca Langton (or her relative) from Unknown, moved to America. She married John Filler in 1675, but may have been born in the US herself.

Thomas Langton, Virginia. Noted by James Camden Hotten, in his publication, "Original list of persons of quality". 1679. Came in on the ship 'Prosperous', from Barbadoes, ticket dated May the 12th 1679. In the same year, a Thomas (probably the same one) is mentioned via a different source, with wife Rebecca.

William Lancton. Reference about witch craft dated 1653.
17 Jun 1654 - 20 May 1656 (Bristol, EN) The will of WILLIAM LANGTON of Citty of Bristol, merchant, sick and weake, dated 17 June, 1654, proved 20 May 1656 at London, EN, referred to his "uncle William BURROWES of Bristoll, Gent.," and stated that he had "lately Come home from the barbadoes."

We are certain who this is from the reference to Bristol and Uncle Burrowes, part of the main Bristol family, of whom many were Mayors, Sheriffs and MPs.
Stephen Langton, and his wife. 1680. Strongly suspect this Langton was Son of Roger Langton who ended up in Essex, Massachusetts, but who was originaly from Preston, Lancashire, England, his ancestors gentry of Lancashire, and of Leicestershire origin prior to the thirteenth century.
Though, he could be related to a Thomas Langton who arrived in Virgina on the ship Prosperus in 1679, from Barbados.
Unknown Langton. Perhaps two brothers. From Northamptonshire, England. 35th foot. died 1808. Dont know he lived there.
Stephen Langton. From Northamptonshire, England. Capt. of 28th foot. died in Minorca. Dont know he lived there. Circa 1800.

John Langton from Kirkham, Lancashire to Sturgeon Lake, near Fenelon Falls, Ontario in 1833. His Father Thomas Langton, sister Anne Langton (artist), and mother Ellen Langton (nee: Curer) joined him in 1837.
W. M. Langton was born in Canada Jan. 3 1841. He presumably lived, though possibly only visited green county, Teeneessee at the age of 87.
Though not an immigrant himself, he is the earliest Langton we have in Canada so far and his parents were likely the immigrants shortly before his birth.
William Langton and his wife Margaret Ridsdale moved from Barnsley, Yorkshire moved to Canada about 1825.
They took their children with them, John, Joseph, Richard, Mary Anne, and possibly William, Jane, Margaret, Sarah Ellen, and Francis

His brother Alfred Cecil also moved to Canada, he was born Wickmere, Norfolk and he and his wife Rosina C Langton (Nee: Penrose) and their children moved with Wenman about 1871.
Their brother Frederick also moved to Ontario, with his wife Harriet Langton (Nee: Penrose) about 1873/4.

Catherine Langton, from uknown to Ireland. Though she may have been born there, her Father was Philip Langton. She lived in Ballyloughnane, County Tipperary, with her husband Dominick Burke. She was born about 1715.
William Langton moved to Kilkenny then back to England after marrying and starting a family there. His wife was born in Ireland, Elizabeth Mary Langton (Nee: Ford) after 1750 but before 1758.

Adelaide Langton, from unknown to Ireland. Though she may have been born there, her Father was a Major though his name is unknown. She married Francis McDONNELL CROSBIE and had four children in County Limerick. She was born about 1810.
Nicholas Langton, in the 1700s moved to Cadiz, Spain where he married and later died. His son, Peter Langton also joined him in Cadiz, Spain, also married there and is buried in the cathedral in Cordova.
